TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Glamroom to you.
Upon booking a service with Glamroom, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
COVID19 POLICY
All deposits are non refundable.If you know your wedding isn't going to go ahead, please email us asap. If your wedding is postponed please email us and your vendors about rescheduling to your new date asap. We are happy to keep everything the same to postpone to a new a date with due notice if we are available on the requested date.Weddings cancelled and not postponed, deposits and any further payments made are non refundable.
Please consider all weddings may need 'wedding insurance,' from now on. https://www.eventcover.co.nz/ is a business that can offer this service.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
Your booking with Glamroom is secure once your 30% deposit is received and confirmed in writing. This deposit is non-transferable, eg. in the event that a member of the wedding party cancels, their 30% portion of the deposit cannot be transferred to the remainder of the balance owing.
BOOKINGS
Your booking is only secure once your booking deposit is received and confirmed in writing.Please note once you have paid your deposit and your booking is confirmed this means you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
PRICESPrices are subject to change, if you have already paid your deposit then you retain the rates quoted at the time of booking. All quotes from Glamroom are valid for 14 days from date of issue. TRAVEL $1 per km according to Google Maps to your address or desired location. (Return Trip).We are happy to travel to any location in the North Island or South Island at an extra fee.Please contact us for a travel quote to your desired location.
EARLY MORNING FEE
An early morning fee of $50 PER STYLIST will apply to a start or travel times commencing before 8am.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Events falling on a public holiday incur an extra fee.
PAYMENT
Payment for hair and makeup services must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the booking date, via direct deposit or if previously arranged with GLAMROOM by cash on the day. Please note that as a mobile service we do not have eftpos and unfortunately do not accept cheques. The client scheduling the appointment will be responsible for full payment of all services, in the event that other people in the wedding party / group do not pay their portion.
PARKING
In locations where parking charges apply these costs will be passed onto the client. Eg: CBD metered carparks or valet parking at hotels.
REFUNDS
GLAMROOM does not offer refunds for any completed services; therefore if you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to notify GLAMROOM whilst they are still on location.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment. Cancellation of a wedding booking must be given in writing and will only be confirmed upon receipt of this. All wedding deposits and payments made are NON REFUNDABLE, an admin fee will apply to a cancellation of a booking.
UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
In the unlikely event that any of the team at GLAMROOM are unable to provide hair and/or makeup services on the scheduled booking date, we will make every attempt to secure a replacement hair and/or makeup artist. All discussions regarding rescheduling and refunds will be entered into on a case-by-case basis.In the event of a natural disaster, flight cancellations where the team at GLAMROOM are unable to safely get to a location, a non-transferable payment in full will be made to the client.
ALLERGIES
We are not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to notify us if you or anyone in your group has particular hypersensitivity that you are aware of. We are happy to use your own products that you are familiar with if you or anyone in your group is prone to allergic reactions with hair, makeup and lash products.
TIMINGS
Time management is of the essence and adhering to appointment times is critical in ensuring that we deliver our high standard of service. Therefore when making an appointment time please note that these times will be strictly adhered to, should unforeseen circumstances arise please advise GLAMROOM as soon as possible.
